About the RoleGenesis Dermatology is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Skin & Aesthetic Therapist to join our Kattupakkam clinic. The candidate will be responsible for providing qualified skin and aesthetic treatments, assisting doctors during procedures, and ensuring excellent patient care.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform skin and aesthetic treatments as per the doctor’s instructions and clinic protocols.
- Assist doctors during dermatology and aesthetic procedures.
- Handle treatments such as facials, HydraFacial, chemical peels, laser-related procedures, and other skin treatments based on training and authorization.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before procedures.
- Maintain proper hygiene, sterilization, and safety standards.
- Explain basic pre- and post-treatment care to patients.
- Monitor patients during and after treatments and report any concerns to the doctor.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and follow clinic protocols.




- Ensure a comfortable and professional patient experience.
- Handle equipment carefully and maintain cleanliness of treatment areas.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front desk, and other clinic staff.
- Support the clinic team in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
- RequirementsDiploma/Certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Skin Therapy, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology, or skin clinic is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in laser/skin treatments will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Willingness to learn new aesthetic procedures and equipment.
- Ability to work in a patient-focused clinical environment.
