About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and hands-on Graphic Designer to support the visual design and creative execution for MYFANDOM's merchandise, brand, campaigns and digital platforms.

You will work closely with the head of the department, merchandising, marketing and product teams to turn ideas and briefs into engaging visual designs. We are looking for original thinking and personal creativity. All design concepts and creative work must be developed by the candidate independently. The use of generative AI tools to create or generate design concepts, artwork or final creative assets is not permitted.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate original designs for apparel, accessories, collectibles, packaging and other merchandise categories under the guidance of the creative team.
2. Develop fresh design concepts, mood boards, visual references and creative directions based on briefs and project requirements.
3. Support the development of visual identities and creative assets for MYFANDOM, artists, entertainment properties and brand collaborations.
4. Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, product launches,



promotions, email marketing and other marketing activities.
5. Create visual assets for the MYFANDOM website, e-commerce platforms, product pages, social media and online campaigns.
6. Prepare artwork for production and assist with mock-ups, sizing, colour specifications, print requirements and other production-related design requirements.
7. Maintain organised design files, templates and creative assets while following proper file-naming, folder and version-control practices.
8. Keep up with current trends in graphic design, fashion, music, entertainment, streetwear, pop culture and merchandise to bring relevant and fresh ideas to the team.

- What We Are Looking ForStrong portfolio demonstrating original creativity, visual design and design thinking.
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Valuable knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with InDesign or other design tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of merchandise, apparel graphics, print production and packaging is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to refine designs based on feedback.
- Strongly self-driven and creative, with the ability to generate ideas without relying on AI-generated concepts or artwork.
- Passion for music, artists, entertainment, fashion, merchandise and pop culture will be a strong advantage.
- Creative Integrity : MYFANDOM values original human creativity and individual design thinking. Generative AI tools must not be used to generate, develop or modify creative concepts, illustrations, merchandise artwork or final design assets submitted as part of the role.
