Job Description:

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations for jewellery products.
- Handle product listing, cataloguing, product descriptions, images & attributes.
- Manage orders, inventory updates and order processing across marketplaces.
- Coordinate with marketplace panels and ensure products are updated accurately.
- Monitor product performance, sales reports and inventory status.
- Handle basic marketplace operations and resolve order-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product updates, stock and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate e-commerce records and reports.
- Ensure proper product presentation and timely updates across online platforms.

Required Skills:

- 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Jewellery/Fashion/Accessories e-commerce experience will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of marketplace operations and product listing.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and e-commerce reports.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products and daily e-commerce activities.
