We are hiring an experienced Bakery Chef for a qualified bakery production kitchen in Bengaluru. The candidate should be able to independently handle daily production without constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily bakery production — dough preparation, mixing, fermentation, shaping, proofing and baking
- Maintain consistent quality, size and weight across all products
- Prepare breads, buns, burger buns, sandwich bread, croissants and other viennoiserie
- Plan production schedules and manage timelines
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment
- Guide and train junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on commercial bakery experience
- Strong experience in breads, buns and viennoiserie
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of production
- Immediate joiners preferred
