About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Cosmetic Formulator with hands-on experience in developing and improving cosmetic formulations. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, testing, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and formulate cosmetic products such as creams, lotions, serums, shampoos, face washes, gels, and other personal-care products.
- Select appropriate raw materials and ingredients based on product requirements.
- Conduct laboratory trials, testing, and formulation optimization.
- Modify existing formulations to improve stability, texture, appearance, fragrance, and performance.
- Maintain proper documentation of formulations, trials, and test results.




- Coordinate with production and quality teams during product development.
- Ensure formulations meet required quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot formulation-related issues and provide suitable solutions.
- Stay updated on cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and industry trends.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in cosmetic formulation is mandatory.
- Solid practical knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and their applications.
- Hands-on experience in cosmetic product development and formulation.
- Knowledge of formulation testing and stability testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
