About Kollektor: Kollektor is India’s premium home for authentic anime and TCG collectibles, curating cards, packs, and sealed products directly from Japan for a current generation of collectors.

Every product is individually inspected, condition-checked, and captured in 360° before it reaches a customer. We are a fast-growing, founder-led D2C brand building India’s first category-defining collectibles platform.

Role Summary: We are looking for a Vendor & Operations Manager to own and strengthen our vendor ecosystem across packaging, printing, supplies, events, and related production requirements.

You will be responsible for taking requirements from brief to execution and ensuring that everything is delivered on time, at the right quality, and at the right commercial terms. You will work closely with the founding, design, and operations teams and will play a hands-on role in building the vendor infrastructure for Kollektor as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors across packaging, printing, and supply categories including binders, top loaders, sleeves, display cases, stands, and other relevant products
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery
- Manage production and print requirements end-to-end, from briefing vendors and finalising specifications to production follow-up and quality checks
- Own quality checks for new supply products before they are introduced into the business
- Coordinate vendor requirements and timelines for events and conventions, including display units, stands,



fabrication, and event collateral
- Build and maintain a reliable vendor network across packaging, printing, fabrication, and supply categories relevant to the collectibles business
- Over time, take ownership of vendor relationships with freelance photographers, videographers, event management companies, and other external partners
- Maintain clear visibility on vendor status, production timelines, pending requirements, and potential issues
- Keep the design, operations, and founding teams proactively updated on progress and risks

Requirements:

- Must Have3 to 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, production coordination, or a related function. Experience in printing and packaging is preferred, though broader supply chain experience is welcome
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships end-to-end
- Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for vendor tracking, purchase orders, costing, timelines, and operational follow-ups
- Willingness and ability to travel for company events and conventions across India
- Based in Noida or willing to work from our Noida office

Good to Have:

- An existing and relevant vendor network across printing, packaging, fabrication, or display/POP production
- Experience working with a D2C or e-commerce brand
- Familiarity with TCG, anime, gaming, or fandom collectibles
