Position: Visa Counsellor

Required Experience : Minimum 1 year

NOTE: Training of 5 days will also be provided.

We are looking for an experienced Visa Counsellor with hands on experience in Visa and client handling to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience handling Visa applications and be confident in counselling clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide qualified counselling to clients.
- Handle visa enquiries through calls and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate information about visa eligibility, documentation, and procedures.
- Explain visa procedures, documentation requirements, processing timelines,



and application steps.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding application status.
- Keep updated with changes in immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and visa policies.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visa Counsellor.
- Good sales and client-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience dealing directly with clients.
