Garden Makers (QULLP) is looking for a Sales & Execution Manager to own the client relationship end-to-end — from the first site visit and deal close through to project delivery, keeping execution unblocked and on schedule along the way.

About the Role

This role spans two connected halves of the same client relationship: winning the deal on-site with the catalog and a transparent pitch, then owning execution coordination — not hands-on labor — so nothing stalls between kickoff and final delivery. No prior plant or landscaping knowledge is required; that's trained on the job.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit prospective client sites, understand requirements, and present the Garden Makers catalog and process
- Build client confidence, handle objections, and close the deal on an agreed scope and quotation
- Track live project status and coordinate between vendors, on-site labor, and the client to keep execution on schedule
- Spot material, vendor,



or on-site delays early and drive them to resolution
- Manage client change requests, getting revised scope and pricing agreed before any change is carried out
- Conduct the final walkthrough, confirm delivery matches the agreed scope, and collect final payment
- Ask for a review/referral and pitch the maintenance plan at every delivery
- Requirements1+ years of work experience in any field; sales or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting in person
- Organized and proactive, able to manage several live projects at once
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets for day-to-day tracking
- Willing to travel locally for site visits across Gurugram
- Preferred to have plants, landscaping, or décor knowledge, not mandatory
