Key Responsibilities (Aapko Kya Kaam Karna Hoga)

- Daily Work Allocation: Har roz subah shift shuru hote hi 15 se 40 workers ki team ko unka daily kaam divide karke dena.
- Target Monitoring: Hourly aur daily production targets set karna aur har ghante floor par jaakar check karna ki target poora ho raha hai ya nahi.
- On-Floor Supervision: Fabrication (Welding, Cutting, Bending) aur Assembly line par khud khade hokar kaam supervise karna.
- Manpower & Machine Utilization: Yeh ensure karna ki koi bhi worker ya machine khali (idle) na baithe.
- Idle Time Action: Agar koi worker khali baitha hai, toh turant wajah pata karna (jaise raw material na hona ya machine kharab hona) aur use solve karke worker ko dusre kaam par lagana.
- Shop Floor Discipline: Workers ke beech discipline maintain karna, unki attendance aur break-time ko monitor karna taaki time waste na ho.
- Spot Problem Solving:



Production ya quality mein koi bhi issue aane par cabin mein baithne ke bajaye khud floor par jaakar issue ko turant solve karna.
- Daily Reporting: Din khatam hone par poore din ki production report (targets achieved vs missed, wastage, pending work) banakar management ko submit karna.

Skills & Requirements (Candidate Mein Kya Khubiyan Honi Chahiye)

- Practical Knowledge: Fabrication (Welding, Structural Assembly, Sheet Metal) aur Assembly processes ka practical aur deep experience hona zaroori hai.
- Team Handling: 30-40 workers (skilled aur unskilled) ko handle karne aur unse sakti aur pyar se kaam nikalwane ka tajurba ho.
- Active & Hands-on: Hamein aisa manager chahiye jo 80% waqt shop floor par active rahe, na ki cabin mein baitha rahe.
- Problem Solver: Raw material ki kami ya manpower short hone par turant alternative plan (Plan B) taiyar rakhne wala dimaag ho.
