Job Title: Sales Head – B2C

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Head – B2C to lead our luxury automobile sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving retail sales of premium and luxury cars, managing the sales team, developing customer relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2C automobile sales, preferably in the luxury/premium car segment, with excellent leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the B2C sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales of premium and luxury automobiles such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, and similar brands.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase retail vehicle sales and market share.
- Manage incoming leads from walk-ins, digital channels, referrals, and other sources.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and maximize lead conversion.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with high-value and premium customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models, variants, and features.
- Conduct and support vehicle presentations, test drives, quotations, negotiations, and booking closures.
- Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs.
- Coach, motivate, and guide the sales team to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, delivery, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and support the team in closing high-value deals.
- Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, customer service standards, and compliance requirements.
