Job Overview: We are hiring for a proficient HVAC Control System Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, programming, plumbing and maintenance of HVAC control systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. This role requires expertise in control systems and a solid understanding of Plumbing and HVAC technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- System Installation: Install, configure, and test HVAC control systems components such as Sensors, Valves, Actuators, Flow Meters, Energy Meters, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) building management systems (BMS) and programmable logic controllers (DDCs).
- Programming: Familiar with control strategies for HVAC systems to optimize energy efficiency and performance.
- Maintenance & Diagnosis: Perform regular maintenance on Field Devices such as control valves, actuators, sensors, VFDs, including troubleshooting, repairs, and software updates. Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC control systems, including electrical and plumbing problems.
- Calibration: Calibrate control system sensors and actuators to ensure accurate system performance.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations,



changes, and service activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of control systems with HVAC equipment.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support to clients, including system training and guidance on operation and maintenance.
- Travel: Person is expected to travel up to 70% in the field attending customers within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

- Education: ITI/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics, Control Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in MEP and HVAC control systems or a similar role. (Age up to 30 Years)
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems, BMS, PLCs, and related technologies.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Windows software and tools for programming and diagnostics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and [local language, if applicable].
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
