About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, responsible, and passionate Gymnastics Coach to conduct gymnastics training sessions for children.

The coach will be responsible for teaching age-appropriate gymnastics skills while ensuring children’s safety, discipline, fitness, and overall development.

- Key Responsibilities

- Conduct gymnastics classes for children across different age groups and skill levels.
- Teach basic gymnastics movements, flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, and body control.
- Plan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate training sessions.
- Ensure proper warm-up, stretching, and cool-down during every session.
- Focus on correct technique and safe execution of gymnastics movements.
- Monitor each child's progress and provide individual guidance where required.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning workplace.
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and properly.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress when required.
- Participate in demonstrations, events, competitions,



and FitCubs activities.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Follow FitCubs' safety, operational, and coaching standards.

- Requirements
- Previous experience as a Gymnastics Coach / Kids Sports Coach preferred.
- Certification in gymnastics, sports, physical education, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, patient, responsible, and child-friendly personality.
- Strong understanding of basic gymnastics techniques and safety.
- Ability to manage and engage a group of children effectively.
