### Paytm – Field Sales Executive

**Locations:** Kolhapur, Jaysingpur & Shirol

### Job Responsibilities

* Visit local shops, businesses and merchants and onboard them with Paytm.

* Promote Paytm QR, Soundbox and other merchant products/services.

* Generate new merchant leads and achieve assigned monthly targets.

* Maintain good relationships with existing and recent merchants.

* Complete merchant onboarding and documentation as per company process.

* Regularly follow up with merchants and provide basic product support.

* Submit daily sales/activity reports to the reporting manager.

### Eligibility

* 10th / 12th / Any Graduate can apply.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Field sales experience will be an added advantage.

* **Bike and Smartphone are mandatory.**

* Good communication and convincing skills preferred.

### Salary & Benefits

**₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month + Incentives + PF + Insurance**

**For freshers:** Training and guidance will be provided.
