1. Raw Material Preparation: Check polymer, pigment, additives, filler and other raw materials according to the production recipe.

2. Weighing: Weigh all raw materials accurately as per the batch formulation.

3. Material Mixing: Mix the raw materials properly to achieve uniform distribution before feeding into the extruder.

4. Machine Inspection: Check the twin screw extruder, feeder, die, cooling system, pelletizer and other machine parts before starting production.

5. Temperature Setting: Set the barrel temperature zones according to the polymer and Masterbatch grade.

6. Feeding: Start the feeder and maintain the required feeding rate according to the production requirement.

7. Extruder Operation: Operate the twin screw extruder and maintain the required screw RPM, feed rate and process conditions.

8. Compounding: Ensure proper melting, mixing and dispersion of pigment, additives and other materials inside the extruder.

9. Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor temperature, melt pressure, motor load, torque, screw RPM and feeder speed during production.

10. Strand Cooling: Check the extruded strands and ensure proper cooling through the water bath.
