Experience:2 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in solar PV plant O&M; or utility-scale/rooftop installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plant Monitoring: Track real-time power generation, string performance, and alarms using SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and remote monitoring tools.
- Preventive Maintenance: Run scheduled checks, infrared thermography (to spot hot spots), and electrical testing (like I-V curve testing).
- Fault Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot and fix issues in solar panels, string combiner boxes, inverters, transformers, and HT/LT switchyards.
- OEM & Vendor Coordination: Work with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for warranty claims, spare parts, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce EHS (Workplace, Health, and Safety) protocols, statutory regulations, and grid guidelines (such as coordinating with DISCOM or SLDC).
- Reporting: Prepare daily generation logs, monthly performance reports, and root-cause analysis for plant outages
