Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage and oversee the manufacturing of EVA zipper cases. This role requires strong attention to detail, team management skills, and a deep understanding of manual production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities for zipper case manufacturing
- Manage and coordinate a team of workers on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are met
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and improve efficiency
- Train workers in correct techniques and quality requirements




- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the production floor
- Coordinate with planning and QC teams for smooth operations
- Track daily output and report production status to management

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in production supervision (preferably in packaging / textile products)
- Strong understanding of manual assembly processes
- Experience handling labour-intensive production lines
- Positive leadership and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
