Site Engineer – Civil / PEB Company: BMC Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day site execution and supervision of civil & PEB projects.
- Read and understand civil, structural and PEB drawings.
- Carry out site markings, measurements, levels, alignments and dimensions.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, labour and site activities.
- Monitor material requirements, receipt, consumption and stock.
- Prepare daily material indents and coordinate with head office/purchase teams.
- Track daily manpower, work progress and machinery.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with client, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain Daily Site Reports (DSR) with progress, manpower, materials,



issues and photographs.
- Identify site issues, delays and drawing requirements and report them to management.
- Maintain proper site records and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills

- Positive drawing reading and site execution skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of construction materials and measurements.
- PEB / industrial shed experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel/stay at project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate: Hands-on, responsible and capable of independently managing routine site activities and daily reporting.
