We are looking for a responsible and active Site Engineer/ Site Supervisor to manage daily construction site work in Jaipur. The candidate should be able to handle labour, understand basic site drawings/maps, coordinate with contractors, and make sure the work is completed properly and on time.

The person should be honest, punctual, practical, and comfortable working on-site.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise labour, contractors, masons, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
- Understand basic site maps, drawings, measurements, and work requirements.
- Check the quality of work being done on-site.
- Make sure labour is working properly and efficiently.
- Maintain daily site updates and report progress to management.
- Coordinate material requirements and inform the office before stock runs out.
- Track daily labour attendance and work completed.
- Help avoid wastage of material at the site.




- Ensure work is completed as per instructions and timeline.
- Communicate clearly with owners, managers, vendors, and workers.
- Handle basic site problems and report major issues immediately.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of construction site work.
- Degree : Civil Engineering ( minimum requirement)
- Ability to read or understand basic site drawings/maps.
- Valuable communication and labour management skills.
- Should be responsible and available on-site regularly.
- Must be able to manage workers firmly but respectfully.
- Basic knowledge of measurements, materials, and construction process.
- Prior experience in government commercial construction will be preferred.
