Sales Executive – Retail Store

Experience: 5 years | Salary: ₹20,000–25,000 per month + incentives ₹5,000–10,000 | 6 days a week (store timings, rotational weekly off)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to run the sales floor at our Chandapura store and own every enquiry that comes in, whether a customer walks in or reaches us through our Facebook and Instagram campaigns. The person in this role is responsible for turning daily leads into billed sales.

Key responsibilities

- Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirement, show products, and close the sale
- Call every lead generated daily through Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and respond within the same day; no lead should go untouched
- Reply promptly to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media comments/DMs
- Follow up consistently on open leads until the customer either buys or clearly drops out
- Maintain a daily lead and follow-up tracker in Excel: lead source, contact details, status, next action date, and conversion outcome
- Share daily and weekly sales reports with the store manager on enquiries received, calls made, conversions, and pipeline
- Prepare quotations, coordinate order confirmation, payment collection, and delivery timelines with the back-end team
- Keep the store display clean, well arranged,



and priced correctly
- Handle post-sale queries and delivery or service follow-ups to keep the customer experience smooth
- Build repeat and referral business from existing customers

Requirements

- 5 years of experience in retail sales; furniture, home decor, interiors, modular, or consumer durables background preferred
- Proven ability to close sales and meet monthly targets
- Must be fluent in Kannada, Hindi and English
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, filters, sorting, basic formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for lead and sales tracking
- Comfortable making 30–50 outbound calls a day to fresh and old leads
- Good communication, patience, and a customer-first attitude
- Graduate or diploma holder preferred; strong sales track record matters more than the degree
- Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends, as weekends are our peak footfall days
- Should be residing in or around Chandapura, Attibele, Anekal, Electronic City, or Bommasandra, or willing to relocate

What we offer

- Fixed salary of ₹20,000–25,000 per month based on experience and interview
- Monthly performance incentive of ₹5,000–10,000 linked to target achievement, so total monthly earnings can go up to ₹35,000
- Direct exposure to store P&L; and growth into a store manager role as we expand
