CyberDance (Digi Flock Enterprises) sells and installs Infinity LED Dance Floors and interactive LED gaming arenas. We are hiring 1 Field Sales Executive for Patna.

WHAT YOU WILL EARN

Fixed salary: Rs 8,000 to Rs 15,000 per month, based on experience

Commission: 2% on every floor sold, starts after your first 3 months

Travel allowance: Rs 5,000 per month, paid separately

Order values run from Rs 4.5 lakh to Rs 23 lakh. A single 20x20 ft floor sale pays about Rs 20,800 in commission, which is more than a full month of salary.

WHO WE WANT

You must have already sold to hotels and banquet halls. We especially welcome:

Ex-hotel banquet sales staff

Event, DJ or sound company sales

Catering or kitchen equipment field sales

Lighting or AV distributor field staff

IndiaMART field sales executives

You come with a contact book. That is the whole point. Freshers are not considered.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Visit banquet halls, hotels, farmhouses, marriage gardens,



clubs and event companies. Around 4 venue visits per day.

Present the product catalogue and a live demo panel to owners and banquet managers.

Capture decision maker contacts and book demo appointments.

Run site surveys: measure the hall, check power and flooring, take photos.

Send quotations and follow up until the order closes.

AREA

Patna city, with occasional travel to Muzaffarpur, Gaya, Bhagalpur and Darbhanga.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Demo kit, tablet with product videos, printed catalogue, visiting cards, ID card, uniform and full product training.

REQUIREMENTS

1 to 4 years of field sales experience

12th pass or above

Own two-wheeler with valid licence

Smartphone

Basic English

6 days a week

HIRING PROCESS
