About the RoleProperty Expert Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, generating leads, and arranging site visits with the sales team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
- Explain property projects, locations, pricing, offers, and available options to customers.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type, and investment needs.
- Generate and qualify property leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Update customer information in the company's CRM or lead-management system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
- Handle customer questions professionally and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with sales executives to ensure proper follow-up on qualified leads.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Skills & QualificationsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an advantage.
