Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh

About the Role:

DK Enterprises is seeking energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team in Bhopal. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting local markets, pitch onboard offerings to Auto Rickshaw drivers, and successfully onboard them onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits across target locations and Auto Rickshaw stands in Jabalpur.
- Engage with Auto Rickshaw drivers, explain the platform's benefits, and address their queries.
- Complete the full onboarding process (collecting required documents, verifying details, and app installation).




- Build strong rapport with drivers to ensure high active usage and satisfaction.
- Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets set by the management team

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: Minimum 10th pass / 12th pass / Graduate.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years (Prior experience in field sales, driver onboarding, or merchant acquisition is a plus).
- Skills: Robust communication skills, active listening, and persuasive sales ability.
- Language: Conversational Hindi (knowing local regional language/slang is beneficial).
- Assets Required: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and an Android smartphone.
