We are looking for a responsible and experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage our B2B and B2C orders and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage all B2B and B2C orders.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Manage orders across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Track inventory, returns, cancellations, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory management agencies.
- Prepare basic reports on sales, orders, inventory, and returns.
- Resolve order and delivery-related issues quickly.
- Requirements 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Experience with Unicommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of inventory and logistics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Able to work with a team.
