We re looking for an SAP L1 Support Executive to provide first-level support across modules like HCM, MM, SD, FICO, ABAP, and more.

Location: Infopark, Kochi
Experience: 0-1 Year

What You ll Do:

- Be the first point of contact for SAP user queries.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations.
- Monitor system alerts, background jobs, and interfaces.
- Support user access

What We re Looking For:

- Basic knowledge of SAP modules and navigation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Masters/ Bachelor s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
- SAP certification
