What This Role Is All About

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Manager, S&OP; & Business Intelligence to lead the US&C; Pre-Owned Solutions operating cadence while building a scalable Power BI, reporting, and analytics capability for the broader organization. This role connects demand signals, inventory availability, operational capacity, grading performance, pricing, allocation, and financial objectives through a disciplined decision-making process.

The position will serve as a strategic business partner, process owner, transformation leader, and BI capability builder, strengthening decision quality, visibility, accountability, and execution while establishing standards that can scale across global regions.

Your Key Areas of Focus

- Own and lead the end-to-end US&C; Pre-Owned S&OP; operating cadence.
- Facilitate demand, inventory, allocation, pricing, grading yield, operational capacity, and financial performance reviews.
- Connect channel demand, available inventory, economics, pricing guardrails, operational constraints, and forecast implications in one decision process.
- Define pre-reads, decision rights, outputs, owners, escalation paths, action trackers, and follow-through.
- Drive alignment across Sales, Pricing, Operations, Finance, Marketplace, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and leadership teams.
- Support the transition from an inventory-push model to a demand-driven, multi-channel operating model.

Business Intelligence & Power BI Ownership

- Own the Power BI strategy, dashboard roadmap, reporting governance, and development priorities for US&C; Pre-Owned Solutions.
- Establish executive scorecards and decision-support reporting for S&OP;, demand, allocation, inventory, operations, grading yields, channel performance, profitability, and working capital.
- Define KPI standards, calculation logic, data ownership, refresh cadence, source-system alignment, and quality controls.
- Drive automation of recurring KPI packs, S&OP; pre-reads, and executive reports, reducing reliance on manual reporting.
- Maintain a reporting catalog with clear purpose, ownership, definitions, audiences, and adoption plans.
- Ensure reporting is tied to decisions, actions, and measurable business outcomes.

Analytics & Performance Management

- Translate complex operational and financial information into concise executive narratives and recommendations.
- Perform root-cause, variance, trend, scenario, and sensitivity analysis.
- Analyze revenue, gross profit, average selling price, cost, yield, absorption, channel mix, inventory, and cash conversion.
- Identify risks, opportunities, operational bottlenecks,



and corrective actions before value erodes.
- Support forecasting, planning, and rolling outlooks with decision-based assumptions.

Global Reporting & Chennai COE Development

- Build reporting standards, KPI definitions, dashboard architecture, and governance practices that can scale beyond US&C.;
- Partner with regional teams to distinguish globally standard KPIs from locally configurable business requirements.
- Help establish the Chennai S&OP;, BI, and analytics operating model, service catalog, documentation, and quality controls.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop analysts, BI developers, and reporting specialists as the capability grows.
- Create reusable reporting products and data models that can support multiple regions over time.

Leadership Expectations

- Act as a trusted strategic business partner to senior leadership.
- Lead cross-functional decision forums and create clarity when inputs are incomplete or trade-offs are required.
- Influence stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
- Challenge assumptions constructively using data, economic logic, and agreed guardrails.
- Simplify complex analyses into clear decisions, risks, owners, and next actions.
- Coach teams to move beyond report production into insight, root-cause analysis, and decision support.

Qualifications for Success

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in S&OP;, business intelligence, FP&A;, commercial operations, analytics, performance management, supply chain, or related functions.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and senior stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization, COE environment, consumer electronics, telecom, marketplace, refurbishment, or reverse logistics is preferred.

Technical & Functional Capabilities

- Power BI, Power Query, DAX, advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization.
- Forecasting, financial modeling, KPI development, scenario analysis, and S&OP; process design.
- Executive communication, stakeholder facilitation, process governance, and change leadership.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure analytics, Power Platform, Snowflake, Python,



or automation is advantageous.
