About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineer (Wind) to lead civil construction activities for utility-scale wind energy projects. The role involves execution of WTG foundations, pooling substation civil works, transmission line infrastructure, contractor management, project planning, quality compliance, safety adherence, cost optimization, vendor billing, and material reconciliation throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing large-scale wind projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead execution of civil works for wind energy projects, including WTG foundations and associated infrastructure.
- Manage project site setup and ensure timely completion of construction milestones.
- Coordinate with design, land acquisition, procurement, and project management teams.
- Monitor contractor performance, resource deployment, and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Drive cost optimization, material reconciliation, vendor billing, and invoice processing.
- Review DPRs, project schedules, and construction progress reports.




- Support stakeholder liaisoning and regulatory compliance during project execution.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
- Lead and mentor site teams while ensuring adherence to safety and quality norms.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in Wind EPC / Renewable Energy project execution.
- Experience in handling utility-scale wind projects of 50 MW or above.
- Strong exposure to WTG foundations, PSS civil works, and transmission line infrastructure.
- Experience in contractor management, project planning, billing, and site execution.
- Working knowledge of SAP for PR creation, service entries, and invoice processing.
- Solid stakeholder management, team handling, and project coordination skills.
- Willingness to relocate to project locations across India.
