We at Verdantas, looking for Senior Data Analyst to join our team.

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights, with a solid focus on data governance, including establishing clear KPI definitions, standardizing business logic, and performing rigorous data validation to ensure reliable metrics for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics systems that simplify complex data problems into actionable insights.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Create comprehensive reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization to support business decisions.
- Evaluate and improve internal data handling systems to ensure data integrity, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with managers and users to gather requirements, ensure data solutions meet business needs, and maintain strong relationships across departments.
- Design and implement data acquisition processes, ensuring scalability and performance optimization of the solution.
- Create and maintain interactive data visualizations from multiple data sources, helping decision-makers understand key metrics and KPIs.




- Continuously analyze data to answer key questions and provide strategic recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 Years of experience in Data Analyst experience.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Technical Stack:

- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and transformation.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality mindset
- Clear communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
