Role & responsibilities

- Strong experience in residential construction projects.
- Good knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, drawings, measurements, and quality control.
- Monitor wastage of materials and assist in maintaining cost control.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and preferably AutoCAD
- Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Should be able to independently handle site responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel/work at project sites in Pune.
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, instructions, site observations, and approvals
- Candidates with experience in developer/real estate companies will be preferred.
