Job Summary

The Corporate Salary Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate salary accounts, developing relationships with HR and finance teams, driving employee onboarding, and achieving business targets related to salary accounts, deposits, loans, cards, insurance, and other banking products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new corporate salary relationships.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with HR, Admin, Finance, and senior management of corporate clients.
- Manage end-to-end salary account onboarding and employee activation.
- Conduct salary account camps, employee engagement activities, and product awareness sessions.
- Drive cross-selling of personal loans, credit cards, insurance, investments, and other banking products.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.




- Monitor account activation, salary credits, customer retention, and portfolio growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve corporate and employee service issues.
- Prepare regular MIS and business performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal banking policies.
- Track competitor activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
