We are seeking an experienced Service Assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data center - service assurance, excellent communication skills, DC services experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of service assurance strategies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular service audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service-related issues and improve overall service quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.




- Conduct Weekly / Monthly/Quarterly service reviews and set the bench mark 4.5 and above for the scale of 5

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in service assurance or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
