7-9 years of QA/testing experience with robust expertise in IndusDirect, Digital Banking, Corporate Banking, Portal, Mobile Banking, APIs, H2H and UPI Switch applications. Strong understanding of digital banking and payment transaction journeys, including UPI transaction lifecycle, payment processing, authentication, success/failure scenarios, reversals, reconciliation and system integrations. Responsible for test planning, estimation, test strategy, scenario/test case design, functional, integration, E2E and regression testing, defect governance and release validation. Good hands-on knowledge of API testing/Postman and SQL/DB. Should have proven experience in team handling, task allocation, stakeholder/client management, status reporting and end-to-end QA delivery ownership.
