We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer / Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, development, administration and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration and integrations and should be comfortable working with business stakeholders as well as technical teams

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description

- Design, develop, configure and maintain Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Sales cloud (good to have).

- Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL and business logic.

- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce automation (Flows).

- Configure Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Page Layouts, Custom Objects and Fields.

- Work on Salesforce integrations with external/enterprise applications using REST APIs and other integration mechanisms.
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
Manage Salesforce security including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules and Field-Level Security.

- Handle data migration and data management using Data Loader / Workbench.

- Support UAT, deployment, production releases and post-go-live activities.

- Experienced in L2 production support,



incident management and root-cause analysis.

- Act as Administrator/Business Analysts, developers, vendors and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides and support runbooks.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming and release activities.

Knowledge & Key Skills:

Strong experience in Salesforce Administration & Development

Good hands-on knowledge of Apex

Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Must have hands- on Experience with Service Cloud

Valuable understanding of Salesforce integrations / REST APIs

Experience with Flows and Salesforce automation

Knowledge of Salesforce security and access management

Experience with Data Loader / Workbench

Good understanding of deployment processes and Salesforce environments

Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills

Education :

- BE/ B. Tech in computer / IT / Electronics or relevant streams

Experience :

- 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience preferably from ITES organization / service industry / end user organization.
