Broad outline of the Role
- Responsible for closing technical solutions for customer non-standard requirement, MOFN requirements, Critical RFPs support to Sales/Solutions/Product. Should have good communications skills, aggressive attitude able to handle sales escalation efficiently. Should have worked upon DWDM, OTN, Ethernet/Packet technology should know IP-MPLS/networking fundamentals
Minimum Qualifications Experience
- Technical/ Engineering degree with 4-10 years of relevant experience
Other Knowledge Skills
- Good communication interaction skills
- Experience in designing technical solutions
- Experience in DWDM/OTN/Ethernet/Packet
- Goof knowledge of AI tools
- Valuable technical knowledge of IP/MPLS
