Key Requirements:
Experience in Health Insurance Claims / Claim Investigation
Experience in TPA, Insurance Investigation, or Field Investigation preferred
Robust communication and analytical skills
Willingness to travel for field visits
Local candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field investigations related to health insurance claims
Verify claim-related documents, facts, and circumstances
Coordinate with hospitals, policyholders, TPAs, and other stakeholders
Prepare detailed investigation reports and ensure timely submission
