What are we looking for Hand-on Knowledge of HRMS (SAP, Workday, Oracle) is required8-10 years of experience in Human Resources Operations (HRO), with expertise in Workplace Perks Administration (WBA), Compensation Management, and Performance ManagementSolid knowledge of HR policies, processes, and systems related to employee compensation, perks, and performance managementProficiency in Oracle HRMS or similar HR systems is highly preferredExperience with Payroll processing and compliance is a plusDemonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a positive, results-driven culture while promoting individual growth and team cohesion.
