Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end purchasing activities for ELV products
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and manage purchase orders
• Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation
• Ensure timely procurement as per project requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements and deliveries
• Monitor purchase costs, quality, and vendor performance

Candidate Profile:

2–4 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience
Experience in ELV products / Security Systems / CCTV / Fire Alarm / PA / Access Control will be preferred
Good negotiation and vendor-management skills
Solid knowledge of MS Excel and purchase processes
Good communication and coordination skills
Willing to work from Greater Noida
