Experience : 2 years and above
Job description
- Processing salary structure and payroll processing.
- Attendance management, payable days/leave calculation, salary processing of all outsourced employees and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Associate data management ( Data management in Excel (OBT etc.)
- Regular follow up with the clients and understanding the requirement.
- Possess extensive exposure in managing statutory compliances like taxation ,PF, ESIC and so on.
- Completing Full & Final Settlement of resigned employees .
- candidates from staffing industry will be preferred.
- Odia language is must.
