Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer / Lead with 8-12 years of experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in designing automation frameworks, API testing, CI/CD integration, and leading QA initiatives across complex applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, API, and application testing.
- Lead automation strategy, test planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Develop automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent.
- Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot defects across application, API, database, and integration layers.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.




- Review test cases and automation code and provide technical guidance to junior QA engineers.
- Establish QA best practices, coding standards, and automation processes.
- Monitor automation results and identify opportunities to improve test coverage, stability, and execution time.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and release activities.
- Prepare test reports, defect reports, quality metrics, and release-readiness assessments.

Required Technical Skills

- 8-12 years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation.
- Strong experience in Selenium / Playwright / Cypress.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with API testing and REST/JSON services.
- Experience with Postman and/or REST Assured.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Experience working with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, ALM, or equivalent test management tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect life cycle.
- Experience designing or enhancing automation frameworks such as Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, or Hybrid frameworks.
