Job SummaryThe role involves developing the Agency business by recruiting, training, activating, and managing insurance advisors/agents. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through the agency network and achieving assigned sales and recruitment targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors.
- Train and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.
- Generate leads and support advisors in converting prospects into customers.
- Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and business reviews with advisors.
- Drive advisor activation and productivity.
- Achieve assigned sales, premium, and recruitment targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Maintain strong customer and advisor relationships.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Track business performance and submit regular reports to management.




- Support advisors during customer meetings and sales closures.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / Sales / Agency Channel will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to recruit and develop advisors.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Positive knowledge of the local market.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
