Job SummaryVAMANA SKILLSYNC Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers/candidates, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers/candidates as per assigned leads.
- Explain company services, products, or job opportunities clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with customers/candidates through calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Generate leads and convert potential prospects into successful cases.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up on pending cases and commitments.




- Coordinate with the internal team for further processing.
- Prepare daily calling and performance reports.
- Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and local languages.
- Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- QualificationAny Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, collections, or recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileGood communication and listening skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with targets.
