About the Role

Yello! Living is looking for a hands-on Engineering Supervisor to manage day-to-day engineering, maintenance, and utility operations at our property in Whitefield.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily engineering and maintenance activities.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, pumps, RO systems, DG, ACs, geysers, STP and general building maintenance.
- Attend to resident maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify issues proactively.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities.
- Supervise technicians and allocate daily tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs and daily reports.




- Ensure smooth functioning of property utilities and minimize breakdowns.
- Ensure maintenance work follows safety standards.
- Coordinate with Property Management and Front Office teams for maintenance and room readiness.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Hotel, Co-Living, PG, Residential, Facility Management or Building Maintenance.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, DG, pumps, RO systems and general maintenance.
- Experience managing technicians and vendors.
- Good troubleshooting, communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations.
