Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales.

- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling/sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
- Requirements Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Freshers are welcome: tele-calling experience will be an advantage.
