We are hiring for multiple positions in our Continental Kitchen and Service Department.

Commi I – Continental Chef

Commi II – Continental Chef

Commi III – Continental Chef

Kitchen Helper

Steward / Service Staff

- Key Responsibilities:
- Commi I – Continental Chef Prepare and cook continental dishes.
- Ensure quality, presentation & hygiene.
- Handle mise-en-place and guide junior staff.
- Commi II – Continental Chef Assist in cooking and food preparation.
- Follow recipes, plating standards & maintain cleanliness.
- Support Commi I during service.
- Commi III – Continental ChefBasic cutting, chopping & food prep.
- Support senior commis and maintain kitchen hygiene.




- Kitchen HelperWash utensils, clean the kitchen area.
- Assist in cutting, food prep & waste disposal.
- Steward / Service Staff: Serve food and assist guests.
- Maintain dining area and coordinate with kitchen/service team.
- Requirements (Combined): Relevant experience for Commi I & II preferred.
- Basic kitchen knowledge for Commi III & Helper.
- Good communication & presentable for Steward.
- Teamwork, hygiene awareness, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
