Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and support B2B and B2C sales activities. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves telecalling, sales, marketing, and distributor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through telecalling and other sales activities.

Handle B2B and B2C sales enquiries.

Explain products and services to potential customers.

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and clients.

Support distributor onboarding and coordination.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Maintain customer and sales records.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

Requirements

Education: Graduate

English: Basic English

Experience: Freshers can apply

Skills: B2B Sales, Sales, B2C Sales, Telecalling & Marketing, Distributor Management

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in a target-oriented setting.

Shift

Day Shift – Full Time

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000

Incentive: Up to ₹5,000
