HR Recruiter – Mahindra Anant Cars

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Operations & Support positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Manage bulk hiring and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews with Branch Heads and Department Managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates for offer, documentation and joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS, interview, selection and joining reports.
- Coordinate with branch HR teams regarding manpower requirements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.




- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets and provide regular hiring updates.

Candidate Requirements:

- Any Graduate; MBA/PG in HR is an advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Bulk hiring experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Automobile/dealership recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
