The role involves visiting hardware shops, door/plywood dealers, builder sites, and commercial clients to present products, generate orders, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

? Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to hardware shops, door/plywood dealers, builder sites, and commercial clients.
- Present product lines, catalogs, samples, digital presentations, and technical specifications to potential customers.




- Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities within the assigned area.
- Pitch product benefits to decision-makers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand, and share insights with management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with clients for smooth product delivery and order fulfillment.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment collection.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Male candidate with minimum 6 months of field/B2B sales experience.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.
- Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Target-oriented and willing to work with dealers, distributors, and business clients.

? Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month, as per skill & experience
- Incentives: ₹40,000+ as per performance
