Key Responsibilities

• Stitch blouses and garments according to approved designs and measurements.

• Follow stitching instructions, quality standards, and timelines provided by the Tailoring Master.

• Ensure neat finishing, stitching strength, fitting accuracy, and wearer comfort.

• Identify and inform the master in advance about any design, fabric, or fitting challenges.

• Support alteration work and rework when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of sewing machines and tools.

• Ensure assigned work is completed within committed timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Solid hands-on stitching and tailoring skills.

• Knowledge of various blouse styles, patterns, and fitting techniques.

• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

• Attention to detail and consistency in stitching output.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to premium and customized tailoring requirements.

Good to Have

• Experience in bridal or designer blouse stitching.

• Ability to handle complex designs and detailing work.
