* Explain products clearly (tiles, bathware, cladding) with correct usage guidance
* Assist customers in selection based on design, budget, and application
2️⃣ Product Presentation & Experience
* Ensure samples are arranged properly and reflect a premium brand image
3️⃣ Enquiry, Quotation & Order Coordination
* Record all enquiries accurately in Excel/CRM
* Follow up with customers until enquiry → quotation → order conversion
4️⃣ Target Achievement & Conversion
* Work towards assigned monthly sales targets
* Focus on enquiry conversion and value-based selling
5️⃣ Coordination & Reporting
* Share daily enquiry status, follow-ups, and sales progress with management
6️⃣ After-Sales Support (Showroom-Level)
* Support customers with order status, delivery updates, and basic issue resolution
* Escalate concerns to seniors when required.
