We are looking for a skilled and responsible AC Technician to join our Service & Maintenance team. The technician will be responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of various air-conditioning systems.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, repair, and maintain split, cassette, ductable, VRV/VRF and other AC systems.
- Diagnose electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical faults.
- Perform gas charging, recovery, leak testing, vacuuming, and pressure testing.
- Handle copper piping, brazing, insulation, drainage and AC installation works.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
- Troubleshoot compressor, PCB, fan motor, capacitor, sensor and other AC components.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper testing and commissioning of AC units after installation or repair.
- Maintain service records, job sheets, tools and spare parts.
- Follow safety procedures and company service standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and customers regarding service schedules and requirements.




- RequirementsITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in AC installation and servicing.
- Good knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience with inverter ACs is preferred.
- VRV/VRF experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
