We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to manage the execution of interior fit-out and store development projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of interior execution, site construction, finishing work, contractors, materials, and project coordination.

The person will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and with minimum material and labour wastage.

Key Responsibilities-

- Take accurate on-site measurements and understand site conditions.
- Prepare and review interior designs, concepts, BOQs and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Study and research new materials, products and industry developments.
- Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure work is completed as per the approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain daily snag lists and ensure timely closure of all pending points.
- Plan and monitor project timelines, schedules and activities.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the Sr. Project Manager, contractors and other teams.
- Ensure quality is maintained throughout the execution and there is no compromise on workmanship or finishing.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization of materials to minimize wastage.
- Monitor labour productivity and site requirements.
- Ensure proper safety practices and safety controls are followed at the site.
- Coordinate and ensure smooth site handover after completion of work.
- Manage multiple projects and maintenance-related activities simultaneously.




- Regularly visit project sites and ensure work is progressing as planned.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, delays, issues and requirements to senior management.

Required Skills & KnowledgeThe candidate should have positive practical knowledge of:

- Civil and finishing works
- Flooring, false ceiling, partitions, painting, carpentry, glass and other interior works
- Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC and plumbing/MEP coordination
- BOQ and estimation
- Reading and understanding architectural/interior drawings
- Contractor and vendor management
- Site execution and quality control
- Project scheduling and coordination
- Material planning and management
- Snagging and project handover

Software SkillsCandidates should be comfortable using:

- AutoCAD
- MS Office
- Photoshop
- 3D Max
- V-Ray
- Candidate ProfileDegree/Diploma in Interior Designing or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or retail/commercial projects.
- Strong hands-on site execution experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, vendors and multiple projects.
- Should be comfortable working at project sites and travelling across India.
- Should be able to work under tight project timelines and ensure timely completion.
